# Directions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water following package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and brown for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and reserve.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and red bell pepper, cooking 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
04 - Add shrimp and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning to skillet. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are pink. Remove and set aside.
05 - Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits from the skillet. Stir in heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning, bringing mixture to a simmer.
06 - Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
07 - Return cooked pasta, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in sauce and heat through for 2 to 3 minutes.
08 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately while hot.
