# Directions:

01 - Place the mini pumpkin or gourd at the bottom center of a large wooden board to represent the turkey's body.
02 - Fan out sliced meats above the pumpkin to mimic the turkey's tail feathers, alternating colors and textures for visual appeal.
03 - Form arcs with assorted cheeses radiating from the turkey body to resemble wheat field rows.
04 - Arrange whole wheat and multigrain crackers along with baguette slices in lines or curves evoking wheat stalks.
05 - Distribute clusters of grapes, apple and pear slices, and dried fruits attractively around cheeses and meats.
06 - Fill remaining spaces with roasted almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and fresh rosemary sprigs.
07 - Insert pretzel sticks at edges and among cheese and fruit to simulate additional wheat stalk effects.
